Here are a few photos from our Halloween.
Jason & I helped host a Halloween party with our friends. We went as the old couple from Grant Wood's American Gothic painting. It was difficult to keep a straight face. Pretty glad we decided to forgo the real pitch fork and use Griffin's plastic rake. Jason nailed me in the eye with it several times that night.
Nana B. took the kids trick-or-treating around the square today. The kids had a blast. Channing loved carrying her "purse" and grabbing for candy. Several times I caught her trying to eat the candy--wrappers and all.

Even after last weekends pathetic Iowa game, Griffin is still a loyal fan & hopes to one day play for the Hawkeyes...or be in the band...he goes back and forth about wanting to play football or play in the marching band.
