A Fresh Coat of Paint

We finally got the upstairs painted!  OK, so it happened about 2 weeks ago--but I'm just getting things put back together.  I didn't even mind taking everything off the walls or putting them back up.  Good riddance flat paint.
Basement, you're up next!
(next year)

Here are some "before" pictures.  We didn't get super crazy with paint colors, but we did change it up a little.

It feels so good to have fresh paint on the walls.  It feels even better to know I can wipe off those finger prints or the milk Channing sprayed on the wall tonight.  No biggie!
Here are the "after" pictures.

For the most part, we used the same paint colors--just a different finish. The fireplace wall stayed the same.

I added another color to one of our walls in the kitchen.  I love how it looks with the tile.

(should have cleaned up the counters)

This is my favorite room.
I was brave with my bedroom color.
I love the navy!

I think maybe in the Spring I'll get some white curtains, but for now I'm keeping the brown. Gosh my camera takes bad pictures--Sorry!  It looks so much better in person.

I really love my laundry room also.  It is such a small room, so I wanted to lighten things up a bit.  This color of yellow is perfect!

Griffin colored me a beautiful picture so I had to frame it & hang in in here.  He is so proud.

Jason's parents made me the board with hooks & my dad made me the bench.

Well, that is what we were up to in January.  Can't believe how fast the month went.  I hardly took a picture of the kids--I'll have to make up for it in February!

If they will sit still long enough!!!

Stay warm & safe!

Looks fantastic! What color is that in the kitchen? I'm thinking some junking in our near future...and little missy is not looking so baby-ish these days.

I LOVE the colors - your house is so cute! And so clean. Seriously. How do you manage that? My house looks like someone terrorized the Barbie Dream House and left the remnants everywhere.
